Moving to a new condo with doors fronting each other

Hi Just want to ask since we plan to move to a bigger condo unit than where we are right now but the unit we really like has 1. Common toilet door facing kitchen 2. Masterbedroom door directly in front of Master toilet and bath door. 3. As it is a corner unit therefore the windows also open to the corner of the office bldg facing it.Our condo unit right now has brought us so much luck but we feel its time to move to a bigger space. ALso the unit number of the new condo is 1224 ( is 4 in the end bad feng shui too?) My DOB is MAy 11, 1966.

This new condo really has too many Feng Shui problems as you listed in 1, 2 and 3. Number 4 is not good in Feng Shui but it doesn't matter too much. The main problem is the layout of the house.
