When is the next best date to move to our newly bought condo?
When it says moving - it doesn't mean that we need to move all our furnitures and appliances and stay in our new home? is that correct?
if it just moving - we can start probably to move on most important things to bring to our new home? what are the most important things to bring when moving?

Only Feb.19th and Feb. 27th are auspicious dates for you to move in rest of February.

what about final residence relocation this feb?
am i right to say that when we move on the 19th we dont have to officially sleep in our new house right?
i can just move the importants things first

You can move on the 19th and don't have to officially sleep in the new house.
Feb. 23rd, Feb. 24th and Feb. 27th are auspicious dates for you to officially sleep in the new house.
