Heart Line & Head line connected

I've read through the head line and heart line but I couldn't find why is my Heart Line and Head Line connected by a Y shape line that does not look as obvious.
From the heart line, there's an obvious line that goes downwards around the middle finger till the starting of the pinky finger, and it gets connected to the head line by a very light curved line at the middle finger. What does this mean ?
