For example: a person is born on 14th (lunar day) which is 1liang in bone weight of born day chart, but that day is full moon,so is the weight still 1liang or have any change?

The weight for the 14th day is 1.7 Liang.

I'm sorry I meant 15th, if it's on full moon both calendars (gregrorian and lunar), is there any change? Because my astrologist put 1.5 not 1.0 so I wonder if he's mistaken or there any more ways in bone weighting. Thanks.

It's 1.0 not 1.5. There is nothing to do with full moon.
