Neither is not so good if you want the baby want to compitable with you three.

The baby born in 2018 (between 02/16/2018 and 02/04/2019) will be under the Dog sign. Dog and dragon confilit each other. So, there may be some problem with your son and the baby.

The baby born in 2017 will be born (between 02/05/2019 and 01/24/2020) will be under the Pig sign. Pig creates a self-inflicting problem of obstruction. So, two pigs are not compatible. The baby may not compatible with you.
