Termination of an employee on ghost month period.

Due to absences without leave, I had to terminate an employee due to being awol. Will this move be bad during the ghost month period. This happened at Aug 19, 2020 in the afternoon to night time. I am 1978 horse born on july

If the employee is really not good for the work, it doesn't matter if you let him/her go during the ghost month.

In this ghost month, you need to do more good deeds daily, do more unrighteousness and never do bad things in your life. Or, you will be punished.
