Spotting in a dream

So I had dream that I was ovulating the ovulation was like a white flower and then all of a sudden I turned around and looked at the walls the middle of the flower had turned red indicating spotting I guess. what could this mean?
The dream shows there will be problem for your health recently. You are easy to be hurt when doing exercise.
In family, your relationship with your family member will be very close and good recently.
You should avoid going for for long journey. Or there may be disasters during the journey.
