0+0=0 should use 10 instead
this DOB is before the Chinese New Year: 10-1=9
10-9=1
1 is the Kua number.

For female:
0+0=0 10
10-1=9
5+9=14
As the result is a double digit, you need to add the digits to get a single digit number. 1+4=5
5 is the Kua number.

I have one question that I asked you on Sat, 09 Dec 2017 02:26:06 GMT and answered by Kelly on 12/10/2017 10:07:58 PM. I get the answer already but When check the formula Feng Shui Directions I think still not understand please help me to explain again the very clearly.
the question: show me how to calculate "Kua" the both (Female and Male) DOB is Sep/07/2000.

6+0=6
6 is the Kua number

Kum Number for Male:

4. If you were born before 2000, subtract the single digit you get from 10. If you were born after 2000, subtract the single digit from 9. If the result is a double digit, then add the digits to get to a single digit number. Then you get your Kun number finally.

Kum Number for Female:

4. If you were born before 2000, add 5 to the single digit, If you were born after 2000, add 6 instead. If the result is a double digit, then add the digits to get a single digit number. Now, you get your Kua number finally.

this is my thinking according the formula:
