Placement of stove

I'm building a house on a south facing lot. Which way should I face the stove? Which direction should be kitchen be? I wanted to place the kitchen in the east area of my house and make the stove face south (the mouth coming from the north). Would that be auspicious? Head of household is kua 3. We are both earth sheep.
