Dear Sifu, recently I gave my 3 children a pixiu ring each.can they place their ring individually in a pixiu bowl facing the window in the living room side by side?

Yes, you can. You can put it on the sill of the largest window and have their head face outward. Also offer a cup of water in front of Pi Xiu as they cannot live without water. Make sure the water is not higher than Pi Xiu's head.
