My parents are Rooster and Rat. It's extremely difficult to get along with them. The rooster tends to tell the Rabbit (me) that I'm just wrong and he's right. The rat tends to manipulate and instead of telling the truth the Rat giggles and goes away.
Can a rabbit deal with Rooster and Rat parents? Or is it better to go away and avoid contact?

It means there are many different opinions, disagreements, quarrels or unhappiness between you if you stay together. The best way is to not live together with them. Or, change the character of yourself, have more tolerance and understanding of them.
