I have to move in on 31 may 2017 nite at 7pm to 8pm once got key from landlord. Is it a good date and time to move in today? Or Tomorrow 1 june 2017?
Please advise the auspicious date & time to move in. If i just put my things inside the room, not sleep in that room, is it consider move in.

Today (31 may 2017) is an auspicious date for moving into the new room for you. Next day is not good. Better move today. If you could move during one of the following time periods, that's much better:
11:00-12:59
15:00-16:59
15:00-16:59
The real move in is that you should sleep in the room.
