Dream of having period and it drops on floor

Dreamt about family visiting unannounced and there were a lot of them, at least 30 family members. They toured my house in which I didn't want them to do so I asked them to leave. Then I have a heavy period and they dropped down onto the floor. I then wiped the blood off the floor with a damp towel. That does my dream mean?
