Best time to conceive a Dog-zodiac baby

Hi, I am a born on the year of the Tiger (Aug, 1986) and my husband year of the Pig (Nov, 1983). We would like to have a baby born on year of the Dog 2018. When is the best time this year for us to conceive?
If you want your baby born in the Dog year, he/she should be born after Feb. 16, 2018.
You should try during the second half of 2017.
