baby gender prediction

Hello ! My date of birth is nov 27th 1991 according to Gregorian calander.
I concieved on 2nd sept 2016 (Gregorian date) according to Chinese date it's 26 lunar age, 8th lunar month, 2nd day.
So my query here is, i just got boy dates from sept 1 to sept 30, before that all were girl dates i.e august 3 to aug 31.
If i get even a single day or a couple of days of conception to conceive a boy will i get accurate results ?
